Because We Care- National aged care campaign
Because We Care is one of the most significant campaigns undertaken by an Australian union. The Australian Nursing Federation is working with the community, residents, relatives, and members to send a strong message to the Prime Minister that aged care nursing and care staff matter. The ANF has pushed the issue of fair pay and recognition of aged care workers into the forefront of public debate.
